Soup:

Chicken Noodle 

Appetizer:  

Clams & Shrimp Casino

• Clams and Shrimp topped with a mixture of bacon, red peppers and bread crumbs and baked.

Salad:  

Strawberry Salad

• Mixed greens topped with sliced strawberries, walnuts, dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese crumbles.  Topped with a raspberry vinaigrette. 

Entrees:  

Lobster Ravioli

• Tossed with shrimp, capers and sundried tomatoes in a pink cream sauce.

Stuffed Salmon

• Salmon filet stuffed with broccoli rabe and spicy sausage broiled in a scampi sauce.  Served with a side of mixed vegetables and risotto.

Chicken Florentine

• Chicken breast layered with spinach, sliced tomatoes and melted provolone cheese topped with marinara sauce and served over your choice of pasta.
