  • Grilled Shrimp Skewers served over a spoonful of Corn salsa

Entrees:  

Cajun Linguine

  • Linguine pasta tossed with Andouille Sausage, Shrimp, Green Peppers and Onions in a Cajun cream sauce.

Chicken Pavarotti

  • Egg-dipped Chicken Breast sauteed with Artichoke Hearts and Sherry Cream sauce topped with Melted Provolone cheese.  Served with a side of Linguine pasta.

Little John's Salmon

  • Salmon filet topped with Shrimp stuffing, Peppers, Onions and Spinach served over a bed of Broccoli Rabe sauteed in Garlic & Olive Oil.
